By accessing or using Smoothroad Speakcraft, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Services

We provide public speaking courses, coaching, and related materials. We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice where practical.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it current.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

4. Payments and refunds

• Prices are listed in USD and may change over time.
• Refunds: full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have completed less than 20% of an on-demand course or before attending a live session.
• For teams and custom programs, separate terms may apply.

5. Use of content

Course materials are licensed for personal use only. Do not redistribute, resell, or share login credentials.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not interfere with service operation or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not harass other learners or coaches; keep discussions respectful and constructive.

7. Disclaimers

We provide educational content “as is”. We do not guarantee particular professional outcomes. You are responsible for how you apply what you learn.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability related to the services shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the services at any time.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
